Situated just off Tannery lane, Warrington is a small Hobby farm. It’s neat and tidy and well managed livestock levels keep the grass green all year round. Recently the owner applied for planning permission to build a stable to replace the existing wooden shed. As required he posted notices in the local paper and on lamppost and telegraph poles in the area, clearly stating his intentions. I noticed the notices were only up for one day before someone went around and pulled them down. Ten houses overlook the farm, but a petition of 250 signatures say the smallholding is an eyesore and needs to be shut down??
